Start your 7-day free trial
Your trial gives you full access to everything in the Practice Management plan for seven days.
Set up your clinic, build your charting templates, load your schedule, invite your team. Everything you set up and add is saved, so when you sign up, your practice is already built.
The one exception: AI Charting and AI DocBuilder aren't included in the trial. Both come with free credits once you sign up, so you'll still get to put them through their paces.

Data Migration
Data migration on Embodia happens in two steps.
Step 1: Your patient list. Export your patients from your current system as a CSV. On Embodia, you'll set up patient properties to match the columns you want to bring across. You don't need properties for first name, last name, or email, but you do for everything else. A full walkthrough can be found in this guide.
You can complete this step anytime during your free trial.
Step 2: Charts, past consults, and invoices. If your current system lets you export your charts as PDFs, you'll zip those and send us a CSV that maps each file to the right patient, practitioner, and date. Consults and invoices can also be imported. A full walkthrough can be found in this guide.
We can begin Step 2 once your free trial has ended and you have a card on file. You can do all the prep during the trial though: the exporting and CSV formatting is the bulk of the work on your side, so having it ready means we can start the moment you're set up.
When you're at that point, email support@embodiaapp.com and we'll send you your secure upload link. The import itself usually takes a few days from when we have your files.

The Practice Management plan is $45/month per practitioner. Patient accounts and admin accounts are free.
