The clinic admin experience
The clinic admin can sign in to their portal from the main page by clicking on Sign In > Clinic Admin Sign In.
After signing in, the clinic admin will see a list of all active practitioners that belong to the clinic. The clinic admin can then click on a practitioner's name to manage patients on their behalf.
On the patients page, the clinic admin can add a patient, by clicking on Add Patient, or choose an existing patient by clicking on their name.
On the patients page, the clinic admin can edit the patient information if they have not signed up (using the Other actions button) and then selecting one of the drop down options:
If a patient is being seen by multiple practitioners in the same clinic, the Clinic Admin can share the patient's profile with the treating practitioners:
The Clinic Admin can also schedule consults on behalf of the practitioner:
