Adding and removing practitioners from your clinic
The actions described in this lesson require a Manager permission in your clinic.
Adding practitioners
To invite practitioners to join your clinic, in the top bar, click on the Settings tab in the top nav bar, and then on Invite my colleagues under the My clinic section.
Click Send Invitation. In the pop-up box, type the Email of the practitioner you would like to invite and click Submit. They will then receive an email with instructions on how to join your clinic.
Removing practitioners
To view who has access to your clinic, in the top bar, click My clinic > General info. To remove access for an existing practitioner, click on the More icon (three dots), and then click on Revoke access. The badge next to their name will now say Declined.
You will now be able to find the removed practitioner in the Removed members tab. To re-grant access, click on the More icon > Regrant access.
When you remove practitioners from your clinic they will be able to:
- Log in;
- Access any continuing education that they paid for, that was purchased for them, or that is free for everyone.
When you remove practitioners from your clinic they will be unable to access any:
- Any of their courses that were free for Embodia Members;
- Patients they added under the clinic;
- Programs/education prescribed to patients added under the clinic (i.e., they will not have access to the patient clinical records). The Clinic Owner will retain access to these patient records.
