Train the Trainer Part 2: How to Create Your Course on Embodia
Hello!
We are excited to be on this journey with you and are here to support you along the way.
This course will teach you how to build and assemble content for your online course on Embodia Academy. And will provide you with a detailed understanding of all of the features available to you as an Embodia Instructor. You may choose not to use all of the features but we suggest that you go through this course in the order that it's laid out so you understand all the options available to you. Then you can make an informed decision about what best suits your particular course.
This course will explore how to build your course using the various course materials options provided by Embodia. We will be looking at how to create lessons to teach your attendees, tests to assess them, and means of gathering information from them. We will focus on the technical side of making course materials, from initial creation to completion. We will even take a look at how to edit and remove content that you want to change.
Additionally, we will look at how to handle some of the managerial content that we include in courses, like certificates and welcome emails. These are great for engaging with attendees at various stages of their progress through the course.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Your course is not set in stone. You can add/remove content at any time.
- The Embodia team is here to help! Please reach out to us if you have any questions. If you aren't sure where to start please contact Maggie at mbergeron@embodiaacademy.com.
Please note: If you haven't already done so, we highly suggest you start with Train the Trainer Part 1: An Introduction to Embodia. You can find this course here and its corresponding Course Identifier is DFFF11.
Happy learning!
