Managing my practitioner account

Your Embodia membership fee might change if you make some changes to your account. The following will trigger a change on your membership on Embodia:

Any other changes made to your account will not result in a membership fee change.

Finding more information about a charge on your account

The best place to find more information on a fee charged to your account is by downloading the receipts from your Embodia account as outlined here.

Charges proration

For memberships, Embodia only charges you on your billing cycle date. If you make any changes to your account in between cycles, the prorated charges will be applied to your next billing cycle. This will be shown in the receipt breakdown as "Unused time" and "Remaining time".

"Unused time" refers to the amount of time before the change was made that you paid for but aren’t going to use. "Remaining time" refers to the amount of time that you’re going to be on after the change until the next billing cycle starts.
