Adding patients

To add a new patient:

1. Go to the My Patients tab.

2. Click Add a Patient.
   
   
   

3. Fill in the patient’s first name, last name, and email address.

   • Adding an email is highly recommended, as it allows the patient to receive email notifications.

4. Click Add Patient.

The patient will be notified by email when you:

• Prescribe their first Home Exercise Program
• Share educational materials
• Assign a questionnaire
