Reports: Summary of course completion rates
You can view completion rates as well as a wide range of statistics for each of your individual courses, by going to the individual course page.
The feature we will review in this lesson allows you to download a summary of course completion rates across your entire Private Academy. This will provide you with an overview of how the users of your Private Academy are doing in the courses. It may also be a helpful summary to present to anyone you report to or collaborate with!
To get a summary of course completion rates for all courses on your Private Academy, follow the steps below.
Go to My Platform in the nav bar of your account:
From the Practitioners tab, click on CSV Export and then select With course stats:
The CSV download will include the following information which is also included in the CSV export 'Without course stats':
- First name
- Last name
- Added at: the date they were added to your Private Academy
- Signed in: whether they have signed in or not
- Admin: whether they are an admin of the platform or not
- Declined: this will indicate if you have removed them from your Private Academy
The additional information included in your CSV export 'With course stats' is a column for each course on your Private Academy and the completion rate for each member of your Private Academy. Here's an example:
In the above example, Julie Ma has completed 37% of Course 1 and 100% of Course 2.
